Protest Description: Roberts touches the rear of Herrero while Herrero is on his racing line going into turn 3-4. The touch spins Herrero off track and into the wall, causing Herrero to carry damage for the rest of the race.

Review: Roberts hits Herrero in the 3rd turn of the first lap, causing him severe damages and loosing some positions.

Verdict: 1 License Points Penalty for Danny Roberts

Protest Description: Kostadinov is coming up to lap Hartwell, Hartwell noticed he was going to be lapped and slowed down to the left with Kostadinov going to overtake on the right (inside) But Hartwell makes a late move to the right where Kostadinov was going to pass causing both to touch and Kostadinov to spin of track.

Review: Hartwell makes a very late and risky move to let Kostadinov pass, when he already started his passing move. Kostadinov lost some seconds there.

Verdict: 2 License Points Penalty for Adam Hartwell

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 48 / 71:00

Protest Description: van der Niet's engine blows in one the fastest corners of the track. Van der Niet should of pulled over to the right side of the track off the racing line but instead stays on the racing line with a dead engine and his car rolling. Herrero has to go to the inside off the racing line to avoid van der Niet but the leaders where very close behind Herrero and as van der Niet was still on the racing line and Herrero on the inside Tusting had to take to the grass to avoid van der Niet and Kalamees had no where to go but straight into the back of van der Niet's car at very high speeds, causing him to retire from the race from 2nd.

The incident could of easily been avoided if van der Niet had got straight of the racing line, this lack of judgement took out the championship leader and could of easily took all 4 cars out from the race and very nearly did.

Review: Danny van der Niet keeps in the middle of the road after his engine stopped working. The leading group (4 drivers) had to avoid him with a lot of problems, one of them crashing him heavily (Kalamees). van der Niet should have move his car earlier to the outside of the track to avoid problems.

Verdict: 3 License Points Penalty for van der Niet. According to the rulebook, after loosing 3 points of the license, the driver must start from the pitlane in the next race.
