Somehow, it's nice that we only run simulated racing. Otherwise, probably had some of us have been in the hospital or the morgue today.

It is easy to be a judge after the event but a restart would probably not have been so stupid.
but my own race report will follow later.

It's funny watching it now. I was right behind you, but swerved a bit more to the right to avoid the flying car and make sure I wouldn't hit you in case you needed to brake a bit more and I clipped Emil, whose car was difficult to see from my POV because of the smoke. Race over!

Not exactly the best way to end a season that was riddled with similar bad situations that seem largely unnecessary as was the case again yesterday. I'm sure other folks can relate to the frustration of ending a race a few meters after the S/F line and will understand my harsh words.

Hope to see most of you guys in iRacing, which is where I belong, or perhaps rF2 or GTR3, depending on how they turn out to be.
