Incidents:

#1
Driver(s) Involved Morgan Morand & Blair Disley
Lap/Replay Time Lap 1 / 2:53 – 3:00
Protest Description Torrent Motorsports are protesting against Morgan Morand at 2:53 – 3:00 replay time[lap 1] of the AutoGP FSR WC Round 6 at Monaco. He brakes too late hits Blair Disley not once, not twice, but 3 times into turn 1. This cost Blair Disley position against Mathieu Prevot, and gave Blair Disley rear end damage to his car.

Review: Morand is heading in to T1 behind Disley. Morand is not careful enough and hits Disley twice before reaching T1.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty points for Morgan Morand (2x for DNF)
#2
Driver(s) Involved Prevot, Morand, Disley
Lap/Replay Time lap 1
Protest Description Lap 1, turn after the tunnel. Morand touches 5 cars in first lap. Then Disley and Morand touched and morand ended Prevots race at the chicane after tunnel.

Review: Morand is heading for T10 in front of Disley, Disley pulls out of the slipstream on to the outside of Morand, both Disley and Morand turn towards eachother in the braking zone, which causes Disley to touch Morand's rear wheel. Morand locks his brakes and slams in to Prevot, causing damage.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty points for Morgan Morand (2x for DNF), 1 Penalty point for Blair Disley. Would've been a warning to both except for the fact that an innocent driver's race was compromised in this incident.
#3
Driver(s) Involved Bono Huis, David Greco
Lap/Replay Time Lap 31 - 42:19
Protest Description Bono Huis makes an aggressive move to overtake David Greco on the inside and pushes David wide forcing him to pass over the anti-cuts in the chicane.

Review: Huis moves alongside Greco during braking for T10, Huis maintains control at all times. Greco doesn't give enough room and turns in to the corner while Huis is on the inside line, touching Huis and causing himself to go wide.

Verdict: Racing Incident.
#4 Appealed
Driver(s) Involved Jaakko Mikkonen, Patrick De Wit
Lap/Replay Time Lap 60, Replay time 79:33
Protest Description Mikkonen tries a completely illegal overtaking move on De Wit, trying to outbrake him in an unexistant space from way behind De Wit's car. Obviously, the attempt fails and Mikkonen sends De Wit into the barriers, severely damaging his suspension, and taking the position. De Wit needed to overtake Mikkonen again in a following corner, since Mikkonen did not even return De Wit his position.

Review: Mikkonen brakes too late in to T5, locking his brakes and hitting De Wit, which causes De Wit to hit the wall. Mikkonen takes the position, but De Wit responds by bumping past Mikkonen in the next corner.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty points for Jaakko Mikkonen, 0.5 Penalty points for Patrick De Wit.

Appeal Verdict: 0.5 Penalty points for Jaakko Mikkonen.
#5 Appeal Unsuccessful - Verdict stands
Driver(s) Involved Jaakko Mikkonen, Patrick De Wit
Lap/Replay Time Lap 66, Replay time 87:05
Protest Description Mikkonen again driving as if he would be alone on track, getting De Wit out of his way by again putting him in the wall from behind. This time, he was even more successful, as De Wit lost his front wing and Mikkonen could take that 5th position for good. We request a Disqualification & Race Ban Penalty for Mikkonen, corresponding to a major online etiquette breach, for the incidents reported.

Review: Mikkonen is behind De Wit heading in to T2. Mikkonen doesn't brake enough and hits De Wit, which sends De Wit in to the wall and costs him his front wing.

Verdict: 1 Penalty point & Disqualification for Jaakko Mikkonen, chat on the server after the race suggests this might not have been accidental.
#6 Appeal Unsuccessful - Verdict stands
Driver(s) Involved Patrick DeWitt
Lap/Replay Time 66, 87:13 - 88:12
Protest Description Pat DeWitt loses his front wing and does not slow down or move off the racing line to let the group behind him pass which later causes an incident at the swimming pool.

Review: De Wit loses his front wing in T2. Instead of getting out of the way of the cars behind him, he stays in the middle of the road and makes it impossible for them to pass him safely. Eventually this causes a significant incident in T14.

Verdict: Disqualification for Patrick De Wit, significant Online Etiquette breach.
#7 Sent by PMo, rejected because of their non-involvement in this incident
Driver(s) Involved Morris, Saxen
Lap/Replay Time 88:17
Protest Description Morris facing wrong direction tries to get into the normal way, endangers first Puumalainen, then stalls in the racing line and doesn’t press escape. Saxen crashes into him which ends his race.
#8
Driver(s) Involved Dewit, Tali
Lap/Replay Time 98:04
Protest Description Dewit tries to safe already lost position with bomb attack on inside, in place where overtaking just isnt possible. He tries to go inside, use Tali as wall and pass him.

Review: De Wit tries to pass Tali in to T6 from too far back, hitting Tali but not gaining the position.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty points for Patrick De Wit, if this had cost Tali any positions or damage, the penalty would've been bigger.

Im extremley glad this was ignored and to the person who appealed we all know who it is.. if you look at the accident you will notice your driver was the one who actualy ended my race although not intentional the accident was no ones fault in my eyes.. apart from de wit.. but he was anoyed at mikkonen..
