Incidents:

#1
Driver(s) Involved: Stoffel Vandoorne - Fredrik Nilsson

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 1 - 29sec into the current laps time for Nilsson

Review: Vandoorne and Nilsson are approaching Mirabeau with Vandoorne in front. Vandoorne is driving without a front wing and goes wide in the corner with a much slower corner speed. Nilsson goes on the inside and is about a half-carlength in front as they accelerate towards Loews. There is a bend in the guardrail on the approach to Loews, which Vandoorne has to avoid by slowing down.

Verdict: Nothing. Vandoorne was driving without his front wing on the first lap and had already lost the position.

#2
Driver(s) Involved: Giuseppe Marconi - Morgan Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 25 - 45sec into the current laps time of Morand

Review: Marconi and Morand are approaching the harbour chicane with Marconi in front of Morand in the tunnel. Morand attempts to pass Marconi on the outside under braking, with Marconi staying slightly in front thanks to braking late on the inside. Marconi's late braking causes him to take a very late apex, which Morand is not expecting. Morand turns in assuming Marconi is going to turn in earlier, resulting in light contact and for Morand to run over the anticuts and for Marconi to keep the position.

Verdict: Racing Incident.

#3
Driver(s) Involved: Giuseppe Marconi - Morgan Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 25 - 58sec into the current laps time of Morand

Review: Marconi and Morand are approaching the 2nd swimming pool chicane with Marconi in front. Morand attempts to pass Marconi with a braking manouver from a relatively long distance. Marconi turns in, squeezing Morand against the barrier, causing Morand to lose his front wing.

Verdict: Racing Incident, Morand's move was too optimistic.

#4
Driver(s) Involved: Peter Varga - Morgan Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 71 - 7sec into the current laps time of Morand

Review: Varga and Morand are exiting T1 with Varga in front. Morand gets a better run out of the corner and attempts to get alongside going up the hill. Varga keeps his line, forcing Morand to back off because of the bends in the guardrail.

Verdict: Nothing.

#5
Driver(s) Involved: Peter Varga - Morgan Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 71 - 45sec into the current laps time of Morand

Review: Varga and Morand are approaching the harbour chicane with Varga in front of Morand in the tunnel. Morand attempts to pass on the outside under braking, but Varga doesn't give room at the 2nd apex, causing Morand to run over the anticuts and make light contact with Varga. Varga keeps the position.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty Points for Peter Varga

not to get anything away for Rasmus tali log infraction but last race did jim Parasis did get a DQ and now a warning could u please explain racedirector?
i thought log infractions were quitte big penalties?
And it should we don,t have not for nothing an FSR Manager to check things
Sure its just a cam mismatch but if other driver gets DQ last race why not this 1?
Same for Dian btw

I had stuttering/micro freezing problems in monaco so I was referred to the link where someone changed his cam file, I was told this will not be against the rules.
Anyways I dont know if it helped at all but it seemed to have a bit less freezing so I kept the setting for the race.
Sorry.

when i "miss the braking zone" for you and huis touched me, i get official warning.
But when it's a other driver who did the same it's racing accident.

Nice consistency guys. One word : Bravo.

The penalty was different since the WS pit cut was judged by me. Mikko has applied a more lenient scale where the first cut gives only a warning, which is perfectly fine as well. I will take this into consideration in future WS post-race checks.

To answer a few questions:

Parisis had no race log (which was mentioned in the China post-race checks), and Tali had a file mismatch (not physics related).

"Wondering!" Why do Three people here get a Warning for one pit exit cut, as in sepang i cut the pit exit one time and got a 0.5 panalty point on license?

As JES explained, but I'll say it myself as well. 1st pitexit infraction of the year = warning (except for Melbourne which was the first race of the season & everyone there got a free pass), any pitexit infractions after that = 0.5pp per infraction.

when i "miss the braking zone" for you and huis touched me, i get official warning.
But when it's a other driver who did the same it's racing accident.

I stand behind my decisions, also I don't believe those two incidents are comparable.
