Race #2 (Bahrain)

Appeal #1 (Crown Seven NetRex)

WC Race Director's Post-Race Checks incident #2
Drivers involved: Zoltan Csuti / Blair Disley

Verdict:
Appeal is unreceivable.
After receiving confirmation from the Race Directors that licence point penalties will not be universal between FSR divisions, the Court of Appeal dismisses the appeal on the basis that it rejects the direct interest claimed by the appellant, having Zoltan Csuti raced for the Ash Racing team. The WC Race Director's verdict stands.

Appeal #2 (Brehm GP)

WC Race Director's Post-Race Checks incident #5
Drivers involved: Yannick Lapchin / Dian Kostadinov

Verdict:
The appellant's facts are rejected. The Court of Appeal has however, decided to reduce the penalty handed to Dian Kostadinov from 1.0 to 0.5 licence points as a result of having received confirmation from the WC Race Director that re-ocurrance from the Race #1 incident was taken into account in his decision, incident which this Court deemed a racing incident.

Appeal #3 (Precision Motorsports)

WC Race Director's Post-Race Checks incident #8
Drivers involved: Morgan Morand / Jack Keithley

Verdict:
The appellant's facts are rejected. The WC Race Director's verdict stands. However, the Court of Appeal accepts the appellant's claim that Morgan Morand has had an inappropriate defending behaviour by switching lines more times than allowed by the Rules. The Court issues Morgan Morand an Official Warning for illegal blocking. Having Morgan Morand already received an Official Warning for similar reasons, the driver is handed a 0.5 licence points penalty.

Appeal #4 (Precision Motorsports)

WC Race Director's Post-Race Checks incident #13
Drivers involved: Morgan Morand / Jack Keithley

Verdict:
The appellant's facts are rejected. The Court of Appeal confirms the WC Race Director's decision to hand Jack Keithley a penalty of 1.0 licence points. The Court assigns a further 30-second penalty to be added to Jack Keithley's final race time for:
a) repetition of moves deemed as illegal
b) having adopted an unacceptable driving behaviour in the analysed incident.
The disqualification handed to Jack Keithley is converted to a conditional disqualification, to be triggered should one of the situations above be repeated by the driver during the remaining of the 2013 season.

Appeal #5 (GT Omega Racing)

WC Race Director's Post-Race Checks incident #11
Drivers involved: Morgan Morand / Ivar Kalamees

Verdict:
The appellant's facts are rejected. The Court of Appeal has decided to hand Ivar Kalamees a penalty of 0.5 licence points for the incident. The Court has deemed an additional 10-second time penalty unnecessary and as a result, has decided to remove the penalty imposed by the WC Race Director.
