    Appeal #1 (Biocross Positive Simracing)

    WC Race Director's Post-Race Checks incident #5
    Drivers involved: Gergo Baldi / Marcel van der Linden

    Verdict:
    The appellant's facts were dismissed. WC Race Director's verdict stands.


    Appeal #2 (Bad T Pescara UEIN)

    WC Race Director's Post-Race Checks incident #7
    Drivers involved: Fredrik Nilsson / Yannick Lapchin

    Verdict:
    The appellant's facts were partially accepted. The Court of Appeal confirms the WC Race Director's decision to hand a penalty of 1.0 licence points to Fredrik Nilsson. In addition, the Court accepts the appellant's request for a further penalty. A penalty of 15 seconds to be added to Fredrik Nilsson's final race time is assigned.

    WC Race Director's Post-Race Checks incident #6
    Drivers involved: Yannick Lapchin / Dian Kostadinov

    Verdict:
    The appellant's facts were partially accepted. The Court of Appeal deemed the case a racing incident and as such, decides to remove the penalty of 0.5 licence points handed out to Dian Kostadinov.
    The Court rejects the appellant's request to assign Yannick Lapchin an Official Warning.
