Hi everyone. I tried joining the USIFM RD server in WTCC 07 but it gave me an error message, something along the lines of: "Game not available: Host may be running a updated or modified game." Am I missing some tracks or mods?

Yes, you don't have the track, or the car, or both. The mod and track used should be linked in the first post.

If this is the event in question, you need to have Race On, and you need to download the track, link is in the post.

Its a server with the Formula Master car. Wich is a default car of RACE On. A expansion on RACE 07.
