Question concerning Nascar

I am somewhat new to AC but was wondering why there is only one mod (rss ford mustang) and not the chevrolet and toyota as well? Thanks.

There are other mods out there, it's just that the RSS one is by far the best.

Assetto lacks oval tracks and features(rolling starts, pace cars, etc), which does not make it a particularly great platform for NASCAR and the likes - even though the RSS mod is a blast on road courses.

Ok. Yea I've had a hard time finding ovals. What about RFactor?

There are plenty of ovals in AC. A guy called , I think, Damonex13 has done plenty.

The AI is also not made for ovals, they have issues with the close racing. You can make it work, at least on some ovals tracks, but you'll probalby need to invest some time into configuring the AI.

rF2 has a plugin for Oval rules plus a quite up-to-date stock car, that should be better in that aspect.
