problems with rfactor 2

hi guys ive got a problem with rfactor 2 where i start it up and click muliplayer either then computer screen goes black and wont let me return to my normal screen or it comes up with an error not supported type i think can you help

ive emailed them about the problem cause i cant find anything its bloddy annoying when i want to play rfactor 2 its does not play ball

If it says "unsupported file type Json file" it means that in your userdata/player files the Json files have gone walkabout (blank).
Check the 3 Json files (PLayer, multiplayer, controller) have still got content.
If they are blank you need to re activate the game this will re create them.

Once you have them safe and sound (you will need to re set a lot of preferences like controller settings etc.), copy them to a usb and put it in a drawer.

how do i reactivate the game and plus theres a new problem i uninstalled the game and re installed it and its not even got the player json files
