Problem with my actuator , There are get delay time between one another

Hi all i have problem with my actuator , when I push up button in thanos controller ,my 4 actuator move not at same time , i confused , why That happend , maybe problem with electric in my Home , or another reason , help mee

Just for others that may wonder, wrong park position setting was used. Has to be 0% as drives can have different timing before go online on power up.
