Problem setting the controls with CM

Hello, I'm using a Thrustmaster XBox360-type controller and I'm trying to set it up in Content Manager. I can change the button settings with no problems, but then when I save the settings and load them again (either on the settings screen or via driving) there's stuff that gets reverted, particularly in places where I removed a setting so that 2 functions wouldn't overlap. How can I fix this and set the controls properly?
