PrestoGP Fun Event 23rd and 30th July Nordschleife (Non-PrestoGP Welcome)

This is the sign up thread for the Nordschleife Fun Event, The format will be as follows with all still subject to slight change, This first post will be amended to reflect any changes made to the format.

19:00 Free Practise
20:00 3 Practise Starts
20:07 Qualifying - 15 mins Superpole
20:22 Warmup (Duration: 5 minutes)
20:27 Race 1 - 4 Laps
20:50 Race 2 - 4 Laps (Reversed Grid)

The above format will be used for both 23rd and 30th races unless posted that any changes will happen, Just follow on from the first sign up post in each race date, Hope to see a good turn out in both they should be a hell of a lot of fun for all

I discovered that driving backwards in Super Pole won't skip warmup lap. So personally I suggest to have a 15 min Super Pole which would secure everyone a free timed lap. It also would be thrilling to have only one attempt at this long lap. (requires good balance between risk and safety)

In that thread you have the event starting [P2 that is] one hour earlier than the RD Club events. Is that what you wanted? It is abit longer event so I can see it starting at that time.

Well, there's no intended relation to the club events. I only meant that our event's practise always starts at 19:00 UK time, so I hope I translated it right into 18:00 GMT, because for me in Germany it always starts at 20:00 which means GMT+2 atm due to summer time. Just wanted to have it double checked by someone.

I am unsure if I will be able to make the race tonight. If I make it I will likely join towards the end of qualify.

I will make sure that the server is open and that you'll get the practice starts

I think Nicolai that you can also join at warm-up or at 1st lap and think that everyone is agree with this,if the starting grid will be changed no problem is a fun event and will be more work / fun for thealien regain the positions
