Hey peoples. I decided to go ahead and start the "post your rig" thread, as suggested by Oelmuvun. Basically, post your specs and/or a picture of your computer/laptop or even your controllers.

I don't have a picture but my specs of my PC build are:

  • Intel Celeron E3200 at 2.4Ghz
  • Novatech 2Gb ram
  • Novatech 400W PSU
  • nVidia Geforce GT210 512mb (to be ordered this week, woop!)
  • Seagate Barracuda 250Gb HDD (also to be ordered! :D)
  • Windows 7 (on the way!)

Your turn!!!

Yeah, got some new "bling" RAM... Crucial Ballistix Tracer, I guess I wanted to show it off...

Guess I should say that I did some upgrades to my computer about a month ago, 1.5 TB Western Digital hard drive. and 2x1 gb 800mhz DDR2 ram sticks. and a 520 watt Corsair PSU in prep for some future upgrades that will hopefully happen soon. still 10% Dell, my aim is to make it 0% lol.

Windows 7 Home 64bit(Japanese language ver)
Intel Core i7 2.80GHz
4.00GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX285
1280×1024 RR:75Hz

it's good for everything

My old pc spec is below...

Windows XP Home 32bit(Japanese language ver)
Intel Celeron M 1.50GHz
1.50GB RAM(512MB+1.00GB)
ATI onboard
1024×768 RR:60Hz

it's f---ing terrible for everything!! "重い"!!!

That was my aim too... but I realised that it'd be easier to just build a new PC. So I did. Now my dell is the bedside table ;)

A month or two ago I added to my setup listed here on the first page, a sub from a remote-lacking logitech Z-2300 set. :p
You will have to excuse the hackjob for the moment. I am going to do a proper remote replica w/ volume and stuff later; but until then this works ok.

V8s can sound pretty crazy with this sub(compared to before) :p
Though, in all fairness, the z-2300 and all other logitech speaker sets are actually pretty much completely trash when put up against a real set of speakers.

Mine will become a beside table soon enough lol. going to buy a new motherboard, which requires a new case, which requires a new cpu cooler lol. Love how that works. I got a new PSU also so I could run both my optical drives and the two hard drives. Really thats 1 of two things I've got to collect up for, the other being for the timing belt job on my car (going to replace all belts and the water pump while I'm in there)

Haha.. yeah, that sounds like my plan A, then it hit me that I'd just be replacing most stuff in my dell then moving it into a new case, which would be pointless lol

And speaking of timing belts (off-topic), I was talking to my dad today and he told me that the GT-Four's timing belt broke and could have caused damage to the valves :/ The only good thing is that if it needs new valves etc.. then it's like a partial engine rebuilt, which is good lol

I'll have to post the specs of my other/my dad's computer.. which btw is really messed up at the moment, but at least it means I'll be able to upgrade it and my dad'll be paying for it :D
