F1 2011 Pit crew question.

Do your pit crew get faster as you sign for bigger teams? I've moved from HRT to Williams, going from a 5 sec stop to a 4.8, not much of a difference. If I go to Mercedes or Red Bull or something, will I get in & around the real-life 3.5 sec stops?
