I've not driven the updated car, but I'd say, only bump draft with people you trust to not crash The old Stock car was pretty unstable with bump drafts. Is Jacksonville like Daytona/Talladega?

Yes, bump drafting is permitted - it's an integral part of stock car racing - as long as you're careful not to wipe out yourself and other cars around you!
