Old F1

Hi all, I read anywhere how good is this game, and how good was SCE.

Maybe you can help me: I am an offline player and i love old F1 cars (70's above all).

I still use rfactor1 because it has so many good mods of those years, but since I read AMS AI is much better & physics too, I would try AMS, but:
are there 70's F1 mods ? i read about retro 75, but i am looking for "historical" mods where each car has the historical skin that car had in that year, and where the 1978 lotus is faster then other 1978 cars, or 1973 jackie stewart tyrrell is faster than pescarolo march etc.

so, in the official reiza content or with mods, can i find something like that ?

Well, not 100% what you seem to ask but Keith Windsor did a great set with all the 1975 skins, with talent files so each driver perform differently. All cars are the same, but each skins is pretty accurate, and when playing you really forget about the cars shape, trust me! That way you have the great Reiza physics, it is a pure joy to drive!
There might be some mods but I'm not aware of any so far; hopefully someone will enlighten us if it exists...
