The height seems good, but for me, it seems the distance to the steering wheel is too far.

Also, I don't think you should take out the possibility of changing different views.

It makes it easy to work with
and any closer you loose the wheels.
this is about the aggresive movement not the cam location

Ok just giving you my input and since you said trying out for the best immersive experience, I believe the correct placement is the most important part to an accurate real experience.

I tried to get the best location I could, any close I loose the wheels, any further away you break into the shoulder textures, the angle and height was a pain.
If you wanted to change what would it be pls. ?

Ok that's with your shake effect. Maybe keep it like that for the shake effect, but for the non shake effect try a more accurate distance to the wheel. I liked your shake effect.
 
my main reason for this is to see how if feels.

roll distance and speed and the speed it resets back to zero,
yaw degree and distance and speed it resets,
gear pull distance and speed and the speed it resets to zero,

there are loads of variables we can edit.

I am happy with how it is right now,
But if you move the camera close it will effect all the other variables and they will require adjustment.

Dude believe me, I respect the work ! What you are showing us is pure Japanese to me lol. Awesome work, I gived you 4stars, I know it's not your fault for the distance to the wheel, or that it messes everything up. If ever you managed to arrange that, I would be glad to give 5 stars.

BTW, you was the one who made the eye view cockpit ? I love that mod, I just wish it was a bit less close to the wheel, but than again it depended on the car (for exemple the Marussia was perfect distance and height IMO), but for most of them, it feel just a little bit too close.

that's just a simple xyz edit piss easy,
take me 20 seconds to make it close just lower the Z number.

ok 1.0 = 1 meter so .1 = 10cm

if you want to be closer change z="0.1000 to z="0.9000 your be 10 cm closer
