That was brilliant fun, especially race two. No idea how I managed to get 4th but the racing was fantastic! Really close in both races, and we avoided the carnage which many predicted. ;) It can be unforgiving but Macau is a really fun track when you're not bouncing off of too many walls.

Let's see what happens when we bump up the power and speed on Thursday! :D

Great fun racing with all of you. Intense and clean!
Enjoyed every second of it, wich comes as a surprise thinking of a track as unforgiving as Macau. :devilish:;)

haha, so it was you that I passed in hairpin. I almost hit you, as i didn't expect anyone there and I was fighting for position with someone :)

You know there's a permanent yellow flag on the hairpin, right? ;)

Actually I didn't know, but I didn't want to overtake there, just got too close, should line up and keep more spacing, will do next time

@Kuba Oczos You know I was only half serious, right? Hope I didn't make you feel bad about it. The yellow flag is there and I don't think it's the most considerate spot to overtake or even go side by side with someone if it can be avoided, but don't beat yourself up over it.

Well race 1 tried setting off in neutral and race 2 in 2nd.
Little hope of anything other than sightseeing in race 1, setting off from the back owing to Molehusband syndrome, then catching the pack only to get wedged against someone parked at a 90 degree angle. Race 2 although hardly a sprint start with 2nd gear engaged but managed to leave line 2nd from last, so an improvement from race 1. Apologies if I tapped anyone and to those who tried to shut my boot, it happens! ;)
Great track/car combo, great racing and great company!
Onward to puncture Thursday, no way I will get tyres to last more than a lap around Macau in a touring car but plenty to look at as I toddle round!

    * Forgot to mention, after both races had finished, when I eventually clicked 'continue' the game crashed.

    I might've...

(And there was definitely a few taps along the way even with others, so if it was my fault, I apologize :notworthy:. The battles were pretty fierce with everyone trying to squeeze in any way they could or stay as close behind the other as possible, especially in race 2, so it was kinda hard not to at times. Which is obviously not an excuse. Still, despite the tight and dangerous track and despite all the fighting, I'd say it was some incredibly clean racing by everyone.)

Have to say, have just watched the replay of race 2 myself, what a duel, exciting, gentlemanly, elbows out and most of all bloody hilarious, as soon as any of us got a lead we blew it, most enjoyable race in a long time. Watching the replay really brought it all back to me, nip, tuck and how's yer father right at the death. Great racing Martin, one tap a piece I counted! :roflmao:

Hilarious, fancy most of that footage involves me  Fancy the Castrol I was advertising had been smeared liberally over my tyres, brake pads and steering wheel!
