Not happy..!

    updated my cpu
    reformatted cpu.
    Found out RF2 wont run as need to reactivate wtf!!!
    Emailed ISI
    48hrs later no reply what a joke....

    Cant run a game/demo I paid for...

    Customer support top fing notch!!!

    To which address did you send your mail?
    There are instructions on the forum how to preserve your activation after reinstalls.

    Did you attempt to reactivate using the activate icon in the main menu?
    It just needs your email address.

  7. big +1 to this. i made a post on ISI pleading for help after having this same issue & realized 2 minutes later i just needed to press that button. i guess i feel a little better now, heh.

    yes i did use the activate button. thats when i got a message to send email to address specified above. I dont understand why this cant be automated. I get that theyre trying to stop piracy etc. But i still havent recieved anything from ISI.
  9. rF2 has a soft limit of 5 or so activations, I guess 90% of users don't need more than that. After that you need to contact ISI to get more activations. Weird that they haven't responded though.

    i actually sent a 3rd email to the support email. Demanding that if i dont hear anything in a week ill be asking for a refund and will dispute this with my bank.

    im not Pming anyone when im using the routes instructed by me by isi.
  13. Do you have checked your spam folder? Perhaps the answer from ISI is already there.

    i eventually got a reply coincidenty when i emailed their complaints dept. Apparently my email went into their junk folder lol...
  15. Its my understanding that you get a few activations before you have to contact ISI. I recently reformatted my PC and I had to reactivate RF2 and I had no issues, just click the activate on the RF2 menu.
