North American Raceroom store issues

    on December 24th I ordered 2000 vRps from the raceroomstore.com (the North American site) and I have still not received my serial code. I've checked my credit card and the transaction went through right away and the order says status: "complete". I have also tried to contact the support by email but they won't get back to me. I haven't tried calling since I'm outside of the US at the moment, will call when I get back though.

    Is there anyone else that have had problems with buying from raceroomstore?
