However, new drivers will be selectable after the weekend. Driver transfers are unlimited until the opening round.

Following the circuit change announced by the FSR Administration, the FSR Fantasy League competition will start on the FSR WC Monaco GP, on the same date as previously announced, May 20th.

New drivers are now selectable: Philipp Puschke (1700$) and Rafael Cozzi (1000$).

Giuseppe Marconi has been the most selected driver by the FSR Fantasy League managers so far, followed by Giuseppe Rainieri. Three drivers share the honour of being the 3rd most selected drivers: Jaakko Mikkonen, Marcel van der Linden and Fabrizio Gobbi. Every single WC driver has been selected by at least one FSR Fantasy League player.

Teams will be locked on Sunday, June 3rd 14:30 GMT! Until then, you may sign-up and perform driver transfers/swaps in time for the Canadian GP.

Useful information:
  • Only leader Bono Huis has scored more championship points than Gergo Baldi in the last two races. Can the Hungarian score his maiden podium in Montreal?
  • Managers prefer them Italians? Giuseppe Marconi, Giuseppe Rainieri and Fabrizio Gobbi, all of them Italian, are the most selected drivers in the FSR Fantasy League.
  • Morgan Morand, selected by several FSR Fantasy League managers, has received a Back of the Grid penalty for reaching 3 penalty points on his license and will not be in contention for Poleman, Top Ten or Team Leader points. However, should he finish in the points, he will score 10 Overtaker points. Jonathan Dion and Rudy van Buren also have Back of the Grid penalties.
  • Dian Kostadinov has announced that he will not participate in Canada and the following races.

John-Eric Saxen, from Finland, has won the second round of the 2012 FSR Fantasy League with 99 points! Congratulations! Signups are now open. You may now check your team's results and perform driver swaps and up to 2 driver transfers in your My Team page.

Teams will be locked on Sunday, June 17th 14:30 GMT! Until then, you may sign-up and perform driver transfers/swaps in time for the British GP.

Useful Information:
  • After scoring only 1 point from the first four races, Raino Room surprised everyone with a maiden podium appearance at Canada. Despite his cost rise, Raino is still the most affordable option for those who want to pick a driver who has climbed to the podium at least once this season. Can he repeat the feat in Silverstone?

  • While the Italian trio of Giuseppe Marconi, Giuseppe Rainieri and Fabrizio Gobbi remain the most selected drivers in the FSR Fantasy League, Finns Jaakko Mikkonen and John-Eric Saxen are getting closer thanks to their strong performances in the last few races.

  • Yannick Lapchin and Marcel van der Linden have announced that they will not take part in the British GP.

Simon Adebisi, from Australia, has won the third round of the 2012 FSR Fantasy League with 89 points! Congratulations! Signups are now open. You may now check your team's results and perform driver swaps and up to 2 driver transfers in your My Team page.

A new driver is now selectable: Jeffrey Rietveld (2900$).

Notice: There was a small error in the calculation of the results of the British FSR Fantasy League round. Petar Brljak requested the Race Director to use his second-fastest Qualifying lap, placing him 12th on the grid rather than 11th. This was not reflected on the official results. As Brljak finished in 10th place, it means he should have received 2 Overtaker points rather than 1, making his round total 1 point instead of 0 points. The results will soon be rectified. The rectification will not produce any position changes to the round's top-10 teams. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Teams will be locked on Sunday, July 15th 14:30 GMT! Until then, you may sign-up and perform driver transfers/swaps in time for the Hungarian GP.

Useful Information:
  • Strategy: You can now find the percentage of teams that have picked each driver in the FSR WC grid from the Drivers List page. Giuseppe Marconi (59%), Giuseppe Rainieri (55%), Fabrizio Gobbi (36%) and Marcel van der Linden (36%) are the most selected drivers in the FSR Fantasy League. Use this information to your advantage. Select a consistent-scoring team to secure a strong position in the championship, or maybe, pick those drivers that are included in very few teams and benefit from a surprise performance to win the round! It's your choice!
  • Patrick De Wit and John-Eric Saxen are the drivers who have scored more FSR Fantasy League points (52) after championship leader Bono Huis. However, we have to add their scores together with Rasmus Tali's (44) to reach top-scorer Bono Huis' 148 points to date. While Huis is by far the most expensive driver in the FSR Fantasy League, he has the best points/cost ratio of the whole field, thanks to his consecutive victories and hattrick performances.
  • Stoffel Vandoorne, Petar Brljak, Tristan Bayless and George Chatzipantelis all have Back of the Grid penalties for Qualifying infractions in the British GP. They will not be in contention for Poleman, Top Ten or Team Leader points. However, should they finish in the points, they will score many Overtaker points.

Andrew Smith, from Great Britain, has won the fourth round of the 2012 FSR Fantasy League with 70 points! Congratulations! Signups are now open. You may now check your team's results and perform driver swaps and up to 2 driver transfers in your My Team page.

New drivers are now selectable: Jernej Simoncic (2600$), Muhammed Patel (1300$), Ville Leppala (600$) and Sebastiano Filosa (400$).
