(2002 version) Really confusing non standard barrier placements and track layout. While approaching a barrier, one can't tell if it's a chicane and you go around them, or if you head toward them, or if you are being directed by them.
The problem is that the barriers should be directing the drivers toward the correct lane, but instead they simply block off a lane that is to be avoided, and often the correct lane is marked only with paint lines (no curbs) and is very hard to see.
Just a really odd use of the barriers.
