Who cares about looks, as long as we know what tires they're on

As long as the tires will give a spectacular race then it doesn't matter if they are coloured white or even green.

Cars on super softs will look evil with a red sidewall LOL. So we'll know they'll go as fast as hell!

Pirelli is now facing the same issues as Bridgestone in the last couple of years. They have invested millions and millions to get into the F1 and apart from the season introduction phase people don't talk enough about the Pirelli brand.

I think they will keep changing stuff the entire year to make the news.

I remember Bridgestone wanted to have coloured sidewalls back in 2009 I think it was and the teams flat-out refused because it clashed with their liveries too much.

IndyCar/ChampCar have done this for years and years, nice to see F1 finally caught up.

i could easily see when it was just the green stripe for option and nothing for prime.

They want to differentiate from Bridgestone, so they won't do that.
