that's it.. solar power vs Battery :) if it rains the cars burn the track up... literally :D

  5. As far as I know not. Unlike the solar or battery races across the globe, this is a try for commercial electric racing and that it is raced in a certain tournament fashion.

    Strategy Mister!

somebody get duracel batterries, they keep going on,on, on and on :)

But seriously I'm glad they done this, because it will be F1 when oil runs out.

  7. Racing without the noise? No roaring engines... Only the sound of tirescrub?

  8. Will they have KERS? :D That would help them last.

But we will be able to hear drivers scream "Get out of the way you..."

  9. It is awfull. Saw the Tesla race at ROC 2010, that was just horrible. Plus I had the pleasure (or not) to see the E-Bike championship at Oschersleben a couple of weeks ago. Didnt even hear tyrescrub and of the 9 starters only 4 made it over 10 laps :roflmao:

  10. I cans see them now coming in for new tyres and a packet of AA batteries, lol.

In 2050, F1's future will be saved by hydrogen fuel-cell technology.
