need help with licence

I purchased a BTB pro licence on 5/8/14, valid for 1 year, my MB died on 17/8/14, replaced MB on the 18/8/14, now BTB doesnt work, how can I get BTB working again, I am using existing HD, only changes are MB drivers, I have emailed Brendon, and no reply as yet.

I don't own BTB, however like a lot of software you can most likely use a key once (It will get locked to your HW). When you change a vital part of your hardware, like your motherboard, it won't recognize your PC anymore and will see it as a new installation. So I think you will have to wait for them to renew your key or give you another one.

just make a btv hid file and send it to btb website, with new name.
