Apps NECK FX issues for stopped car. It has left angle by default

Neck FX is ON, after playing with camtool 2 (I guess), got such position when car stopped.
Never happened before.
All settings in default position (not marked as red, except Active flag) for Neck FX.
I switched camtool2 off in APP settings, but still have the issue.
Any ideas?
PS it gets to right position in movement.
