My PC is stuck on the Windows 7 screen and my HDD LED is always on.

The cause of this may have been too much heat for one of the components.

I was thinking it was a HDD problem, so, I formatted, but, I am thinking it may be a motherboard, RAM, or PSU issue.

What do you think the problem could be?

NVM. I went to msconfig.exe and disabled certain software at startup.

I'll let everyone know if I have anymore issues.
