Mouseover Buttons

How exactly do I set up mouseover buttons for the driver selection screen? I assume there is just a line that needs to be added to the ini file for the car in question pointing to the alternate (highlighted) flag tga file but I just don't know what the entry is supposed to be.

Someone has to know this, as some addon cars use highlighted buttons. It has to be something like flag_mouseover=whatever.tga or something like that. Anyone?
