my time is not it very good and made half 1:19, thanks also to the curb of the first chicane vialone and me jumping circuit inside, but good call last year to equal.

Excellent race set up, Mouta. It's stable down the straights and takes the chicanes well. The pace through the Lesmos and Parabolica is better than any setup I've tried. Thanks!

And mega acceleration MOD + corner cutting ...

I didn't see any alert from the game (warning corner cutting).
I take the narrowly curve, therefore I can take better acceleration in the straight.
I choose the ideal curve of the track, that still allow in this game.

You don't need accusations! Someone has accused already Viktor Andersson?
Don't do it to me! I do neither accuse anybody.
I don't know any "Acceleration MOD" from this game. I don't even put a "helmet MOD" in this game. Absolute clean.
I just posted my settings.
Someone protect me who is capable of such a p.b. time as me! :)

I will let the elders give their opinion on this ... F1 2012 is my first F1 game :)

I will say so, if you want to be fast in this game you need to use the maximum ability to track, although sometimes compels us to cut corners.
In F1 2011 it was possible to a fault.
Kimarja, visually it is not a clean lap, but according to the most correct games clearances and very quick.
Bonelliph in the 2011 film world record showed Monza, please see and.

First time I have posted a set-up. Williams Career Mode Season 1; all assists on, 1m23.4s Qualifying P4 +0.145s Pro AI. Tyre wear is probably a mite high with this but ok on 25%. Finished 5th in the race, but that was after P4 in qualifying and a mysterious P14 at the start of the race, with no apparent penalties in Q or flashing in the results of Q (bug maybe?). The Williams was useless at Spa, even after hours of trying to find decent setups, and weirdly superb at Monza with this one.

Compared to 2011, I find setups in 2012 are not portable between cars and circuits, which is good. Parc Ferme rules also add to the challenge, particularly with tyre wear.

Worked extremely well with my Caterham. Got 9th in qualifying. I am also good at this circuit so that probably helped a bit.

Thank you very much, M Theory, for this setup, it was a pleasure to drive it in Monza with my Marussia, the mix of balance, braking control and speed was absolutely nice, when you know the braking points for the different fuel stages.
I drove 100% distance, beautiful dry weather and the tyre wear was absolutely okay, I did 2 stops (start: soft, then hard, then soft till the end).
Keep up the good work ;)

Thank you for the feedback. Am now running with brake and gear assists off. How did you take take the two turns after the second chicane, and before the big easy? I find I am getting up to 4th, but having to rapidly shift to the 3rd for entry to the turns, which makes the exit a bit slow, but faster than lifting in 4th, or is it? ( and better than going off into the gravel).

Have used this setup at Monza in sprint on multiplayer, with the gears shortened several clicks to the left, but must admit I have upped the front wing to 5 or 6 on various forays. Monza is my most successful circuit on multiplayer, and I dont ever cut turn 1 - though many do.

When I first converted to brake and gear assists off, my original (assists on) setups seemed useless. I think that was compensation, during the learning curve. Once I got past that, I have found the "assists on" setups are actually more useful. Perhaps it is a way of benchmarking???

Abject lesson about assists is like the wisdom about smoking - never start.

Like Dr Strangelove, I am learning to love the Caterham - particularly after the gold in time attack.

An Marussia career mode please. Cause who ever posted the time trial Marussia setup has a large brake size and in career i don't have that so would it matter if i kept it standard size or do i have to find a different setup?

Notes
i did a 1:21:758 in Q3 definitely could shave another .3 on the second chicane. i can never take it very clean. also i usually never run my rear camber that lower due to tire wear but this track is easy on tires and i can still go 7 laps on my options.
