Mods with no menu icons?

Hey, after installing a mod it has come up without a menu icon.

Due to my annoyance at such a thing , does anyone know how to fix this or know how you can make one since I'm not an expert. Any help is massively appreciated!

It looks like you're able to put mods in the correct folder. Which mod and when extracted, was iti in a folder that was in a folder[?] and put in the game that way?

It's a Ford Mustang mod. It works perfectly well except it does not have a menu icon but it did was in a folder in a folder.

I extracted the mod section only as I didn't know what to do with the template section. When I click on that folder this appears:
