So I’m slowly building up some pace here and can now give the default AI (which btw seems to be much slower relatively than the lotus at imola) a good kicking by about 1s per lap but for the life of me I can’t find the right approach for the 2nd hairpin. Any tips anyone?

Thing is, I don't want the cars, just the track.

I'll keep a sick bucket ready for the first few days. Might grab some motion sickness tablets just in case (though I have a good track record on motion sickness - I'm told people often puke when they take a Caterham on track for the first time and properly rag it but I suffered no ill effects).

Tried the rift tonight, didn’t have any motion sickness at all, frankly it was a religious experience. That 2nd hairpin is much easier in VR!
