Yes, the Chrysler 300 SRT is free. Every car pack has one free car, just so everyone can have content of the pack on their hard drive. Else you might not see some people online...
Like if they drive a Smart you can't drive it, but you can see it. Usually they would drive in a greyed out VW Bora.. (That's the missing content car)

I can't buy this car. It says I need 4294967295 CR to purchase the "free" car.

I bought the chrysler from the Xbox live add ons. All the cars then appeared in my garage?! Weird

Hmmmm, may have to check and see what I have then.

I have the season pass but they wanted to charge for most of the cars in the pack. I downloaded the Chrysler 300SRT so will see if the others are available later on.
