Marking forum read...?

I must be missing something but I can't find an option to mark a forum as read (manually and/or automaticall). I like to see at a glance what the new posts are but because posts I didn't visit remain marked as unread, it's a bit hard to do.

Up top, Forums, move your mouse a bit to the right of it, and a drop down menu appears.
