looking for seat reco's

Hi all, I'm looking for updated recommendations for a seat, as the options that come with the rigs I'm looking at seem lackluster. I'll either be getting my chassis from Sim-Motion (160 mm) or Trak Racer (T160 / T120). I'm 5'11", 175 pounds and the other main user will be son who is a 6'1" 145 pound bean pole (and still growing). Trying to keep the budget to around $500. We're going to start with Asseto Corsa and F1 2023, I'm leaning toward the Simagic Alpha Mini wheel base and pedals will be HE Sprints.

I'm looking at NRG, but wanted to see if there are other options that I should be exploring. Thanks!

Where are you located? I am in Kansas City and have a beautiful lightly used red Recaro Pole Position N.G. (~$1200 new) in your price range. I am 6'2" 230 lbs--waist is fine but too tight in the shoulders.

Generic seat brackets w/ hardware: long bolts secure to seat sides; nut-bolt combo to a seat slider.

I wound up with a used MOMO FIA SuperCup, but NRG Prisma and the Racequip FIA seat were also on radar to buy new.

I have some unbranded seat mount brackets and hardware I can include also.

Wow that is really tempting... I'm in Minneapolis. I have a buddy that drives back and forth to KC for work every now and again, I will ask him if he's heading down there any time soon. Why don't you shoot me a PM and let me know what you're thinking on price.
