Logitech g29 : Getting shocked by the Pedals of the wheel

Hello All, i got a problem of having electric current in the pedals of my Logitech g29, I have tried using the wheel on different devices, so I came to know when ever the wheel is connected to a :

• device(laptop with charger or a PC ) the wheel will have current in the pedals only and when I remove the charger from the laptop the current is gone.

What might be the problem in this case?
