F1 2012 Loading Saved Setups

I created setups for each track prior to starting the Career mode. But once on the second race it was dry for all three Q sessions, but rain on race day. I was not able to load my wet setup. Is this normal?

The game is made according to F1 rules. If you qualify with a specific setup, you can't change it once you go into parc ferme, which starts when you do qualifying.

OK, so if it is dry on Qualifying but rain is expected for race day I need to Qualify on a wet setup or just struggle through right.
