Live track environment

  1. I really like using this feature in v0.8.8. The issue is that if I change it in racer.ini (live_track=1), it is applied to all of the cars, but most cars don't look good with it. Would anybody know is it possible for this feature to be turned on only when specific cars are loaded, and how to do it? Thanks..

    I don't think it is possible. What would be possible is fixing the cars sometimes (if the meshes are not ar'ed). As far as I understand computer graphics, the normals of the objects need to be recalculated and normalized for this feature to work properly. I guess Blender offers some easy way to do this job...

  4. fbo=0 ² hahah' It's slower but more compatible.
  5. Thank you Eholov, that worked. Cg or non-cg shaders, all the cars appear correctly with the fbo=0. I was just wandering, why do I get this weird inverted track reflection in my lower left corner once I set fbo to 0. It stays there no matter what the track or car I choose..

  6. Turn off the motion blur . On racer ini put blur_alpha to 0 ;D
