Korea what a difference!

Discussion in 'F1 2011 - The Game' started by Ramon Alonso, Sep 22, 2011.

  1. I'm checking out the tracks on the game and the track in Korea is another world entirely. In 2010 it's basically flat, in 2011 after measuring the finished product, it's got it's ondulations that make it flow better than last year. It's awesome!!! Makes you wonder about the New Delhi track.

  2. New Delhi in this game does seem to have a lot of elevation, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's still different in 2012. Is that track even 100% complete in RL?

  3. Probably be like Korea last year, good enough to race and have people in the stands.

  4. Nope, it's not yet finished. Last pictures I saw were from mid August, back then the home straight was still sand. But the track itself is probably finished by now, there are promotion events planned with real F1 cars driving a few laps next week.

Also (from the vids I've seen) CM did not model the alternate corner layouts. The corner after the loooong straight and the long right-hander which narrows towards the end both have alternate versions (smaller radius) but in game there are just grass and walls.
Don't get me wrong, this doesn't bother me at all, just stating the facts here. :)
