Let me start by saying that I have no idea of the legal or property/origination of the tracks I am going to discuss here. I will assume that somehow things can get arranged for a least a few of them.
I am talking about the Kart tracks for PIBOSO Kart Racing Pro. KRP comes with no more than a couple of tracks, but the community has released dozens of other tracks, often very well made. Unfortunately KRP is a online kart sim only so it's hotlapping galore for those, like me, that are in the west coast of the US or anyone that cannot join a league.
In any event, I was wondering how difficult it would be tpo get permission and adapt those tracks tpo both GSC Xtreme and rFactor 2 and if anyone is already working on it.
The advantage rF2 and GSC have is the AI, obviously and as far as Karts are concerned, offline racing is what I would do with it mostly.
Anyway, I'd be interested to know if anyone has already looked into it.
