Italy, need some help

Hey guys whats up? I may be going on a cruise to parts of Italy and wanted to know how to best spend my time. Don't want to go to the corny cookie-cutter tourist spots that don't best bring the whole flavor of the area. So I was wondering if any of you knew about the following places and what's best to do and eat at them:

Naples/Capri 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Florence/Pisa(Livorno) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
