From SBK or similar.
There are a few very good racing titles from Milestone called SBK
Meh, I don't think the SBK series is particularly good, to be honest. In many ways they're positively horrible.
Personally I think the best SBK game is still Superbikes 2001, which was also made by Milestone. I think it still holds up pretty well even today graphically, it has the best helmet cam in any bike game, good physics (particularly when tweaked), and some great tracks. Its also the only bike game I've played that involve full crashes, ensuring you are properly penalised for pushing it too far. Oh, and it has Foggy too. Well worth trying if you're a bike fan.
The only drawback is getting it to work on a modern system. It doesn't like XP which means that an unofficial patch it required to get it up and running. But even then its not guaranteed to work flawlessly. It worked fine with the patch on two previous systems, but not on my current one. (Terrible engine sound lag.) Real shame because I'm desperate for a bike game, but none of the current-gen ones stack up.
