Is the version shipped with the Logitech G25 supposed to just be a demo?

Found an unexpected rFactor DVD in the box with my G25 when it arrived last week. I installed it and it offered to let me buy a code online, but the disc didn't say it was a demo and it isn't mentioned anywhere in the Logitech docs that came with the wheel.

Anyone else get one of those and know if it's supposed to just be a demo?

I think it is only a demo. However the best way to get rFactor is to get the Special Edition 2008 - usually on ebay for £7ish.

I think if it will let you buy a code then it will probably be the "full" game, but bear in mind if you did buy and unlock it you would have to download most of the content you want.

Actually it is the full game, its the same installer as the one you can download. But you can activate the whole game by buying a license. If you don't buy the game then its a demo.
