Is youtube horrible for anyone else tonight? I'm having to let it download for 25 minutes to watch 10... lol

At the time I posted the link, YouTube was playing just fine.

I tend to get issues when trying to watch YT videos embedded in forums as they can be a stop/start at times, but if I click to go and watch the video from within YT, usually the stream for me is fine.
