To much contrast over the whole picture. The grass and other stuff looks good but when you take the whole picture and change the parameters then only some parts will look good while others are way to contrast:ed(?)

The car and the tire-barrier in the SPA shot is too saturated. Otherwise good pictures!
 
These tilt-shift images posted here...

How do you do it? I have an idea for a video but i´m not sure i can replicate this in a video.
If anyone know what settings to use and what to think about i would be very thankful if you could tell me.

thanks Joe, i actually thought he had created the effect in game so i sat a whole day trying to get blur everywhere except at a certain location lol. ( i have no skills in cameras btw)
Seems like Photoshop is the way to go :)

Press shift+F12 and the you can adjust some parameters, (up, down, left, right, zoom in/out, forward, backward, tilt)

haha thanks but i´m talking about the effect ;) search on tilt-shift on google and see :)
