iRacing not responding.

Every time I try to load into a track it gets all the way to the end of the loading screen and then stops responding. The only successful time I loaded in was after i deleted my wheel settings. My computer is more than capable of running this game, so why does it keep freezing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
