Steve Myers has posted an update on the iRacing members forums regarding changes to the planned roll out of cars with the new tyre model. A small change to last week where the Corvette was listed, thats been delayed slightly but in its place they will release the Skip Barber Formula 2000. Steve went on to say that they now have the new tyre model on all the cars which is fantastic news as it seems they are right on schedule for their planned release this August for iRacing 2.0. Along with the laser scanning technology used in iRacing this new tyre model promises to be another step forward in racing simulation. Greg Hill also released a teaser video of the HPD ARX-01C and the Ford GT taking in a few laps of Suzuka along with Williams Toyota FW31 Formula 1 car.
