Ini renderer help needed

I changed the renderer ini last year and my oculus resolution was improved, but recently it will not save the per pixal display setting, every time i reload it has gone back to 116. I dont know why but when i leave and re-enter the ini, it has reset. The other changes that i make however, have saved, so i do know that i am saving the changes correctly.
