In the rFactor Racing Club this week

We have four great events, with circuits in four different continents for you in the rFactor Racing Club this week. The GP2 2011 cars travel to the Australian street circuit of Adelaide on Sunday. This will be a good test of the cars and drivers as one mistake could spell disaster. The event, will feature two, 20 minute races with an open 10 minute qualifying session before each. Monday sees the Peugeot 207 Super 2000's charge around the small Tsukuba circuit in Japan. The track was built in 1970 and features a large variety of corners with the main aim to attract young drivers to compete in motorsports and learn the trade. The event will have an initial 10 minute open qualifying session before a 20 minute race. The second 20 minute race will feature a reverse grid (details are available here). The GT3 mod event this Friday will visit Canada and the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal. Name after the famous driver, it features long straights with heavy braking zones, testing the car's brakes to the absolute limit. This event will feature two 20 minute races, with an open 10 minute qualifying session before each. The sign-up thread will be posted later in the week.

The Touring Masters event is on a Saturday again this week and will be travelling to Brazil and the Jacarepagua circuit in Rio de Janeiro. The track played host to ten Formula One Brazilian Grand Prix in the eighties and early nineties. The track has had many different layouts of the years but it will be the original Grand Prix layout that we will be using. This event will feature a 10 minute open qualifying session with a 45 minute race. To take part in this event, go to the thread here and leave a message.
