I have downloaded rfactor today mainly because I want to race the old style formula one cars, can somebody tell me where I can download the mods for free? and how do I get them to appear in my game?

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks I'm all set up now, finding it hard to get some decent settings on my logitech g27, but downloaded the 1993-1994 f1 mods. My laptop can't handle the races against ai though, it goes all laggy, so think I'll have to get a proper gaming PC

Yes, and if you are even considering rF2 it's a must! While you are at it go for triple monitor ;)

G27 Hint: Set throttle and break sensitivity to 0%. I have steering pretty low too, maybe like 5-10%. Play with dead zone to suit by using red bars on controller display to monitor where pedals pick up and peak. Helps the touchiness, especially with high power mods. :)
