i cannot host more than 23 players in my gameserver

hello to all, i have rent an rFactor Server from a gamehosting site, i choose debranded & 26 players slots, but i cannot host more than 23 players in my gameserver

i change everything from settings, for 26 players but it cant hosts more than 23

i have install mod for rFactor: MOD F1RL V2.1

i see many other servers that hosting more than 23 players in the same mod.

my rFactor Dedicated.exe file maybe must change, but i hadn't access there
+oneclick +maxplayers 23 +fullproc

but i cannot change this one, cause is from the gameserver site admin commands

plz if anyone knows something about that problem

ok prolbem solved, i contact technical support and it was from dedicated.exe command line settings
